Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Hit with $15 Million Lawsuit: Woman Alleges Drugging and Sexual Assault at 2006 Party!

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a $15 million lawsuit from a woman who alleges she was drugged and sexually assaulted at one of his infamous parties in New York City in October 2006.

The lawsuit, filed by LaTroya Grayson, 41, of Oklahoma, comes amidst a series of legal challenges for the music mogul, including accusations of sex trafficking and assault.

Grayson’s claims center around an incident that took place more than 18 years ago. She states that her half-sibling won a contest organized by local radio station KJAMZ in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The prize was an all-expenses-paid trip for two to attend what was described as a “Diddy White Party” in New York City.

Grayson, then 23 years old, flew to the city with her sibling, where they checked into the Roger Smith Hotel before heading to the party.

Upon arriving at the venue, Grayson asserts that the event was initially marketed as a “White Party” but was later rebranded to a “Black Party.”

She states that security at the event selectively allowed guests based on their appearance and attire, and while she was granted entry, her half-sibling was not.

The lawsuit claims that there was no traditional bar at the event. Instead, premade drinks were being distributed by waitresses.

After consuming less than two of these drinks, Grayson claims she began to feel ill and attempted to go to the restroom.

However, she states that the next thing she remembers is waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City with no recollection of how she got there.

When she regained consciousness, Grayson alleges that she noticed her shirt was ripped, her underwear was missing, and she was barefoot.

Additionally, she claims that the money she had brought with her for the trip had been stolen. Grayson believes she was drugged, sexually assaulted, and robbed during the course of the evening.

Grayson asserts that she was sent back home to Oklahoma the following day. Upon her return, she alleges that she received a threatening phone call from an anonymous woman, who claimed to be calling from a New York area code.

The caller allegedly told Grayson that any attempts to pursue legal action would be futile because Combs was a “celebrity” and that Grayson would “just be wasting her time.”

This interaction left Grayson feeling both “confused and scared,” and she interpreted it as confirmation that she had been “viciously assaulted.”

In the days following the alleged assault, Grayson claims she suffered physical pain, including constant discomfort in her vaginal area, which she believes was caused by rough intercourse.

She states that she has experienced ongoing emotional distress, including bouts of depression, anxiety, body image issues, and difficulty with intimacy, all of which she attributes to the trauma from the assault.

As evidence, Grayson’s lawsuit includes a letter from the radio contest, her plane ticket stubs, photographs of her at the party, her hospital bracelet, and the medical bills from her visit to the hospital.

Grayson’s legal team is seeking $15 million in damages, citing emotional and physical distress caused by the incident.

Combs’ attorneys, however, have vigorously denied the allegations. They issued a statement to Page Six, insisting that Grayson’s claims are “pure fiction.”

The statement emphasized that Grayson has no memory of the events described in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved, and has never spoken to Combs personally.

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking,” the statement read. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab.

He has faith in the judicial process, in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these.”

This lawsuit is just one of many that have been filed against Combs since November 2023.

The music mogul is currently facing multiple legal battles, including allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

In addition to Grayson’s lawsuit, another complaint was filed on the same day by a woman identified only as “Jane Doe,” who alleges that Combs raped her in December 1991.

Doe claims she was at a charity basketball event at the City College of New York, which was co-sponsored by Combs.

After being allowed entry early into the venue due to a large crowd outside, Doe alleges Combs handed her a drink that made her feel woozy.

She claims he then blocked her from leaving, sexually assaulted her, and threatened her if she attempted to report the incident.

These lawsuits come as Combs faces mounting public scrutiny and legal challenges.

While his legal team maintains that the allegations are without merit, the series of complaints against him paints a troubling picture of the mogul’s past actions. Grayson’s lawsuit, in particular, highlights the ongoing legal and personal fallout from incidents that occurred more than a decade ago.
