David and Victoria Beckham’s Lavish Date Night at Eleven Madison Park

David and Victoria Beckham recently enjoyed a lavish date night at Eleven Madison Park, a renowned three-Michelin-starred vegan restaurant in New York City.

The couple indulged in the exclusive 10-course tasting menu, priced at $365 per person.

David, 49, shared glimpses of their dining experience on Instagram, expressing his admiration for the meal.

He described the fully vegan menu as “spectacular,” complemented by excellent wine and, most importantly, the company of his wife, Victoria, 50.

The culinary journey began with a rice and onion dish garnished with Thai basil, which David noted left him “blown away.”

This was followed by a marinated leek salad, prompting him to marvel at how “spectacular” leeks could taste.

A highlight of the meal was the freshly baked bread, served with vegan pumpkin butter shaped into a squash. David commented on the uniqueness of the bread and the dairy-free butter.

Subsequent courses included a creamy avocado half filled with fava bean puree, topped with tonburi and mint sauce, which elicited a “Just WOW” from David.

The silken tofu dish, layered with black onion, leeks, pine nuts, and accompanied by a roasted onion broth with curry oil, was another standout. David noted the hidden tofu beneath the intricate layers.

The mushroom course featured fungi prepared in six distinct ways: fried, grilled, puréed, pickled, poached, and powdered. David humorously remarked about fitting in the dish despite feeling full.

A tableside preparation of steamed bok choy served with white truffle preceded the final savory course: sliced squash in a flavorful broth, which David described as “ridiculously good.”

Dessert offerings included honey with apple shaved ice and grape mochi wrapped in a candied grape leaf, accompanied by spiced concord pâte de fruit and mulled wine jam, alongside an assortment of freshly picked grapes.

Expressing gratitude, David shared a photo with Chef Daniel Humm, thanking him and his team for the unparalleled dining experience, referring to it as “pure genius.”

Following their dinner, the Beckhams made a surprise appearance at a private holiday party in the restaurant’s exclusive Clemente Bar.

Despite the bar being booked for a corporate event, they graciously joined the festivities, mingling with other guests.

This memorable evening adds to the couple’s history of cherished date nights, reflecting their enduring bond and shared appreciation for fine dining experiences.
